infected by you :))))) N = 1 is such a rainbow of colors, you can apply in red, green, blues, yellow, violet ones = different points but with the same open mind... observe, find something to work, make hypothesis, track data or note down your feeling, observe results, confirm the hypothesis --- restart!!!

you can do for metabolic and mental health trough diet, lifestyle, circadian rhythms, sleep, light, exercise, temperature, breath... and some are completely free

you can try to wake up, go outside look at the same plant, every day for 4 weeks, to kick start the day, note down your intentions and feelings, and at the end you could be able to confirm or not ... this is again N = 1 // CURIOSITY for human being is a driver of a healthy society

Thanks Nick. This is brilliant, and so important that we all share whatever knowledge we have, while recognising the limits of that knowledge, and encourage others to explore further on their own N=1 journey. Your patients' stories are wonderful to hear. Best of luck with your ongoing career!
