Which should be Nic next video?

1. Vegan-keto vs carnivore diet

Well, my next one will be a bacon video... but I'm not sharing more than that.

The bacon video will be awesome but the butter will show the amazing benefits of dairy fat.

Nice one Nick.

So pretty much eat fatty cheese and fish, grass fed and wild caught, just like our ancestors.

Who would have thought our ancestors were smarter than our healthcare system today.

I've been taking Fatty 15 for about a month. Last 2 nights I slept over 7 hrs!

Totally bought because of the Navy's ageing dolphin story. Imagine - our government cares about their dolphins! Certainly don't care about the epidemic of chronic illness in ageing citizens! Thanks for the article.

Thank you Nick we are so lucky to have you! Does anyone know if we can check a blood level of this in Australia ? Asking for a person who is anaphylactic to dairy so considering taking fatty 15. But it’s expensive! So wanting to check blood levels first. Is C15present in grass fed animals?

I don' know about local blood tests. I don't think it clinically available

Thanks for another interesting article! I was curious how you found out the levels of C15 in pecorino cheese and if those levels would be similar in other sheep and goat cheese. My friend Google got me to this paper which seems to claim sheep cheese would have pretty high levels which would vary according to feeding patterns https://www.mdpi.com/2624-862X/2/1/8

This would be good news for me since my cheese of choice is Manchego 😉 i’ve also been eating manchego cheese by the hundred grams serving, but recently reduced it drastically after a high LDL scare.

Pecorino is a sheep cheese. TBH, Manchego is a household favorite too! So good! I also use it to make homemade caesar dressing with anchovies, macadamia oil, grated Manchego, a dash of cream, garlic powder and salt. So good! And, yes, C15 levels can vary based on ruminant feeding patterns, with grass yielding higher C15 levels than corn etc., and different forms of grass yielding higher C15 dairy too.

as usual you are amazingly summarizing some new insights about C 15:0 - have just listened metabolic link podcast in which dom d'agostino interview the discoverer :))) she said that cows eating grass in altitude have better C 15:0 content! we need to back to our grandparents... or maybe just 30-35 years ago when in school they gave whole milk to children during morning breaks...

here in italy pecorino is wowowow! we have different kinds and agings :))))) you must come !!!
