"Your LIFE is an n=1 experiment." YES! 💯✅ If I had to choose from among the three zingers, all of which are great, my favorite is 2, about science being a process that every single person can engage in (for themselves).

Nick, I have no idea where you find the time to do all of this public outreach and education, but I'm glad you do. I have to confess, a few months back, I found myself cringing at some of your "antics," but I think I've come around to understanding the method behind the madness. The research you're conducting, and the findings you are uncovering, are absolutely mindblowing, and the unfortunate reality in our modern times is that the best way to get the public interested in it, and, in turn, the scientific and medical communities when they can no longer ignore the groundswell, is to get eyeballs on it and get people talking, and the way you've been going about your social media is obviously doing that very well. Kudos to you for finding a way to reach a large audience while staying committed to the scientific process and the integrity of the data. It can't be easy to strike that balance. The "gimmicks" bring people in, but the science and your enthusiasm keep them coming back.

Of the three 'zingers', I prefer #1. It captures the essential benefit of the N=1 approach and (correctly, in my view) sets the stage for it to supplant the current research models.
